I have had a report from a damp surveyor, which suggests the following actions. If you could assist with any or all of the following I would be happy to hear from you:

Installing a wall mounted PIV unit

Installing a bathroom Genie fan

Erecting scaffolding to check and make good the chimneys, verge ends and eaves along with guttering and more relevant to your dwelling, replacing large sections of render, ideally with a lime equivalent.

Checking and upgrade window junction seals and drip detailing (re-establish clear drip grooves) to the underside of the windowsills.

Checking and ensuring that there are no spillages from rainwater goods including the elbow joints to the downpipe located to the front elevation
