London underpinning ltd offers you a wide range of construction work. The type of projects we mostly we get engaged is building basements.Planning,digging and converting them in a beautiful place in order to get much better value,for less.
The last job we did in south London,was built for around 140-150 K and our client thinks to sell it for around £ 800,000.00 (he bought it for 270 k ,so the profit will be around hi 390,000.00 after he sells it.
The job has to be carried according all the health safety requirements.
Our operatives are qualified experts,and will do that in a very polite,friendly and professional way to a high standard of finishing work.
The time to finish this variates to the size of project and circumstances involved.
For example,a 100 sq metre basement to dig and build,we will need around 3 months to finish.
For a loft conversation,3-4 weeks.
