Small leak at the porch/entrance of the houseRoofing (Pitched)
Sean came with other gentleman to fix the small leak. He was quick. Unfortunately I felt he was trying to get a job from a job. He fixed the leak with the old materials and only use a small stick tape on the sides. Used my own constructions materials. He left the concrete raw on the face of the house not even trying to add some paint to make it less visible.
Not very curios job.
In addition to this I told the job will be a 4by1 m to repair the seam to make it all good, when he came to do the job he o my did the broken part instead of full part which is what I told him to originally

Roof weed removalRoofing (Pitched)
Hi guys,
This job has been successfully completed. The lads were great. They came to inspect and evaluate the job, quoted for it and came well prepared for the job.
My neighbour also hired their labour for his root gutter clearing also.
I would recommend Sean's services for your building services.
In the end, I overpaid Sean in error, and he came back to let me know and refunded £100 that I had overpaid him.
Bravo Sean!
