Specialising in Roofing, Building and hardcore landscape gardening e.g. fences, block paving, decking. All our work comes with a 12 month labour guarantee as standard.

About CODOAM Construction and Maintenance

We undertake residential roofing, slate, tile and stone. Upvc and steel sheet cladding. Facia, soffits and guttering. External painting. Pointing and brick/stone repair. Garden fencing, block paving, dry stone walling, garden walls. Window unit and/or glass replacement. Decking. General building maintenance.

NVQ level 2 qualified,
Site Supervisor Saftey Training Scheme (SSSTS) trained,
Asbestos cat-b trained,
