Boiler output setting, want rads cooler than water

I have an Ideal H12 direct boiler, megaflow cylinder and radiators, S plan system.
My megaflow is set for 60C for legionaire protection, to achieve that my boiler needs to be set above that.(maybe 75?) Problem is that I don't want my radiators so hot for child safety etc..... at the moment I have timer set to alternate between C/H and HW, and I manually turn down boiler output for C/H cycle then up again for HW. Obviously at the hot water setting of 75 I am loosing condensing advantage too. Is there a way to set boiler to do this itself - or any other alternative?
Thanks

You need to see about legionaries settings and programmes and you can lower both temperatures which will save you on the gas

Leave the temperature at 70-75 on the boiler and install thermostatic radiator valves on the radiators , that way you can control the radiator temperatures
