I have suffered a sewerage leak in my basement. The second bedroom and hallway are affected. I require the following work to be undertaken:

Bedroom Supply and apply self-level latex compound to the floor Supply and fit skirting boards Supply and fit new door Paint all room including door and skirting boards Box pipes to the radiator

Hallway Repair affected plaster work Install new skirting boards and paint Decorate the walls and stairway, including door frames.

Bathroom Remove and replace toilet boxing, remove all rotten wood and foam, build new toilet box and paint, paint all toilet walls.

Rubbish Clear all rubbish end of the job
