Phil's quote process and my interactions with him were prompt, very detailed (which i really liked) and was able to start quickly. He took care with the job on building my decking. He and his partner provided very good advice. They were flexible to deal with he uneven surface and installed practical solutions to mitigate. Job was done to my satisfaction and to original provided quote.
