Customer description

Install wall panels (already purchased) over plasterboard, install shower tray, shower enclosure, mains shower from pipes behind plasterboard, route waste pipe to existing pipe, replace sink with vanity unit. Also remove existing lino, install OSB/plywood onto floorboards for replacement lino / vinyl floor tiles. Builder to supply all parts except wall panels.
