Hired initially from foundation all the way to the roof, the builder was great to start with, gave reasonable quote compared to other. Still can’t have my foundation and walls been signed off by the building inspector, used thermalite bricks on the outside for the walls as may be a problem for rendering. He subcontracted a carpenter to finish the roof, the gable walls needed to be built and the builder went ghost. Left numerous voicemail and text messages left me without a roof on my house while I live in a caravan. I now have to try snd find a builder before the winter starts. Communication is very weak & Very unprofessional!
