Customer description

We are currently looking to convert the existing loft space of our Victorian end terrace property into a dormer loft room to form a new master bedroom with ensuite. I've got an architect on the project currently along with a structural engineer, so the plans are fairly well advanced. We are currently at the building control design stage.

The initial scope is for completion of the structural alterations and external works, leaving us with a waterproof shell that we can then complete the internal works.
