Customer description

I would like to convert my garage into a bedroom. There is already access to the main house, and it already has a radiator and electrics.

It will also require removing the garage door and building the third external wall with window, insulating the new wall, and then use stone to front the wall.

Lastly I will need the ceiling and 3 new internal walls plastered. The fourth internal wall does not require plastering.

I will supply the stone for the new wall, and the new window, and all the electrical fittings. There is also an external door I would like changing. I will supply a bespoke door for this.

Building control sign is also required.

I am happy for this project to move slowly to keep costs down so any sole traders are welcome to apply.
