I operate my business with a small team of experienced men. We produce quality work efficiently, and at affordable prices. We are reliable, trustworthy and turn up when expected. We only take on one job at a time, and attend site every day until completion. We have a dedicated engineer, gas plumber and electrician to call on when needed. Much of my work comes from word of mouth recommendations. We give an extended warrant and have many good references.

About Broderick Building Services
I have 30 years experience in the construction industry, and currently specialise in structural alteration work. Typically this involves removing load bearing walls, supporting the upper structure and inserting suitable steels. We apply a new plaster finish to the steels and walls and get the works passed by the local building inspector.
Often we raise kitchen ceilings and insert velux windows, create new doorways in walls and change the size windows.
Myself and my small team are multi skilled, and can cope with any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during construction work. I have a resource of skilled tradesmen and a structural engineer to call on when required.
I only take on one job at a time, and am on site every day from start to finish. We work to a high standard, and I like to be able to meet my clients years later, with them still being pleased to greet me.
