About The Builder
I have been in construction all my working life and have work on refurbishment of property in Leicester city (Phoenix Yard next to Phoenix Theatre) also self employed to Jelson's Builders and Wilsons. I have also worked for private clients on domestic extensions. I spent 9 years in construction training at the National Construction Academy, Leicester.
My proudest achievement was helping young people to be able to achieve an NVQ level 2 in bricklaying by my taking an assessing course in brickwork.
At present l am semi-retired and willing to take on work at very reasonable rates. I have a van which l use for volunteer work in the community, l would also offer advice to any one about construction.
Services include:
Bricklaying, pointing, concreting, conservatories, garden walls, extensions shells/footings.
Qualifications
City and Guilds level 3 brickwork, time served 5 years plastering, level 2 concrete practice, level 2 assessing in construction, level 3 supervisor.
