The majority of my work is in the domestic housing market and involves creating improved living spaces, fitted kitchens, engineered flooring, structural changes such wall addition or removal, joist replacement, suspended ceilings, loft or garage conversions. I provide maintenance services such as replacement doors and locks, removal and fitting of integrated kitchen appliances as well as minor jobs such as door trimming and window repairs.
I provide a complete project management service for larger projects such as extensions or new build property. I am a former foreman joiner and the success of any large project lies in the ability to organize several trades to work in unison. Extensions generally involve several tradesman and I am able to recommend reputable professionals if required.
I started in the construction industry over 25 years ago and as well as building new and improved homes, I spent several years working on commercial and civil projects. Civil projects such as train tunnels and bridges provide experience in form work (concrete) and provide an in-depth understanding of foundations and structural support. Working on large commercial property construction such as offices and factories provides an insight into the importance of building with maintenance in mind and working with a variety of building materials not used in the domestic housing market.

For the last ten years I have worked as a self employed tradesman and pride myself on my ability to provide a knowledgeable and reliable service for my clients.
