Simon replied promptly and worked timely. However, he charged me more than quoted because he needed to do extra work that he claimed was not apparent at the time of the quote. he also did not treat very well my floors upstairs, leaving a damaged floorboard that had to be fixed by a joiner and doing and not being helpful when I raised it with him. good worker but he could polish his manners

Work was satisfactory unfortunately he made a mess of my walls getting in loft space.he promised to return to fit air vents, 3 weeks later still waiting.he ignores my texts and e mails.not reliable .very disappointed
