Rob was really great to deal with.

From quote, talking through building control requirements, (not pushing any particular building control company and the reasons why he wouldn’t “recommend” a particular firm, we ended up using the council building control) and negotiating a few extra bits.

Rob was very fair in his pricing and the quote was fully detailed. No payment was asked until work was underway and a clear payment schedule was given and for which the payment related and when it was due by stages rather than dates.

Rob had two apprenticeship lads with him that were a credit to him and were always polite. Rob fully checked their handiwork and I saw that he made them redo some block work as it wasn’t up to his standard, which is not an issue as we’ve all got to learn and it shows that Rob cares about putting his name to the final product.

The garage conversion was done to a high standard and Rob was meticulous in his work, to the point I didn’t even need to do a snagging list, as when I went to check after I spotted something it was put right before I had chance to mention it to him.
Rob completed the work within the time scale quoted and No rubbish was left and everything was cleared away leaving us with just a positive experience.
We will definitely be using Rob for future work and will be recommending him to friends. Thank you
