30 years experience in new build and renovation Projects.
Initially qualified as Bricklayer/Plasterer then progressed onto technically challenging trades, I enjoyed the benefits of a detailed knowledge of the construction process to successful delivery of projects for my clients and build my property. I have a detailed understanding of the Building Regulations and am a registered Partner Of LABC (local authority council building control)
Completed projects include several detached housing units, extensions, loft conversions, commercial and domestic heating installations, commercial reactive and planned maintenance.
Project management skills allow me to focus on client satisfaction while managing risk, time, cost and to the agreed scope of works.

City and Guilds Electrical Installations, Regulations with Inspection and testing, this allows design and installation in any class of property.
City and Guilds Bricklaying
City and Guilds Gas engineer install/maintain /repair installations and appliances.
